Booked a hotel in Gwalior – fabexpress golden village, booking confirmed from agoda , paid money also… when i reached the hotel, they said, your booking is not showing…. And i was denied check in… tried minimum 30 minutes to contact agoda customer care… no use… still i don’t have any customer care no of agoda… i wonder how government allow these kind of fraud platforms.
