Had booked a Flight ticket from Agoda from Delhi to Mumbai wherein after the Payment page the Payment was Debited of INR 4002 but didn’t receive confirmation on Booking , after immediately calling their Contact Centre they Confirmed that the Booking ID Agoda Flight Booking ID 814732673 is not confirmed , so incase if the charges are deducted it will be refunded back.
They asked to wait untill the next Bill Generation from the Bank.
After the Bill was Generated I see that the Debit was not refunded and I escalated to the Bank that is SBI as the payment was made thru the CC.
On Investigation they found that the Paytm had confirmed the Charges and Sent the Receipt which had another Booking ID 788902616 for which I had never received any confirmation.
On calling Agoda, every 2 days they keep saying to send the Emails and they will get back.
But no response from the Team.
Im really Fed up calling and explaining the Scenario every-time to a New Advisor.
Need this to be compensated back.
