Yesterday I had used Agoda to book a flight ticket from Guwahati to Bangalore for the date 2nd Sept, 2023. That costed me Rs 4172 (ref 322608615911). But today they sent me a mail that said booking confirmation failed due to unknown reasons. It’s my hard earned money and I would like to have it refunded as soon as possible. Please help me in this matter. They had even sent me a temporary booking ID 1032335305 which is not useful coz it says it is invalid. Hope you help me. Thanks.
