I tried booking a flight on Agoda. They deducted the payment and later emailed that your booking is not confirmed and you will get refund when airline process. Where the hell airline is involved in this when I didn’t get any booking confirmation from airline. They are just making fool of customers and I’m not getting any contact information of customer support.
