I booked Omega Sirius hotel in Burgas, Bulgaria via Agoda. When I arrived to the address there was nothing, no hotel. After a bit of research I found out that this Omega Sirius hotel is located in Sochi, Russia. Not in Bulgaria… Why the hell on Agoda it is then in Bulgaria? I tried to reach Agoda support but it wasn’t helpful. Me and my girlfriend ended up staying at night on the street and I lost 320€. Me, being a Ukrainian, these 320€ lost is very needed at these times.
