I had booked the ticket through Agoda. Unfortunately I had to cancel my ticket. As per the policy they told they will be refunding 933 rupees and they shared the cancelled PNR. But when I tried to reach them after 2 months, they told we won’t be able to refund any amount as per our policy. Very worst service. My cancelled PNR is X1MQ2L
