I have “available cashback balance” of $22 as of today.
Eligible to redeem on the Agoda (app only… Cannot redeem on Agoda.com web page)
I opened their App, that is working properly when booking rooms,
but when I select “Request Cashback Rewards”, it directs to “You cannot access this page”.
There is no way to request for cashback rewards. (I have $106 to be available for cashback rewards soon…currently $106 is “pending”.)
