I had booked through Agoda at Oyo flagships hotel llyods inn Avvai Shanmugam Salai, Royapettah, Chennai from 23rd November to 25th November . While the irresponsible hotel didn’t care to respond to my queries beforehand…i got the shock of my life when they inform me upon arrival that there is no room available … It’s 2 am at night and I am stranded in middle of nowhere …the Agoda customer care gives no proper response while the hotel authority doesn’t care to even pick up the calls …. Such scamster Agoda is and Oyo hotels are no less !
