I’ve booked Standard Double Room but the property allocated me a different room which is dirty and very small I asked the hotel manager and showed them the room pictures but their response was very arrogant and the Hotel is not compensating me. Please look into this matter. I’m a Chartered Accountant and a director of Multinational company and I’ve been to Turkey for more than 25 times but I’ve never had such bad experience like I’m having right now after booking the Hotel through Agoda.
