I have booked a hotel from Agoda but the hotel was not operational. I have been following up with Agoda from many days but they are not assisting rather lingering on the things. I want to sue them for having linked up with fraudulent hotel and spoiling vacation. Not refunding the money. I want compensation for spoiling vacation of rs 10000
