I have paid Rs. 3437.62 in the app of Agoda for booking hotel. However, after deduction of Rs. 3437.62 no booking has came and even no information has reached in the concerned hotel. Total amount has been deducted from my account. Its horrible experience with agoda.
Please refund my money
