Dear consumer court,
As I just visited one of your PAYTM kyc point where he charged me Rs. 40 and I saw two other people also paid him for KYC. please check ideally kyc will not be charged to any one. Even nationalized bank will not charged anything for kyc. If you are not going to take action I will escalate this issue to consumer Court.

Please check and confirm why he is collecting money from public and how he is going to refund it. You should understand this is also one kind of scam. Paytm get huge penalties if this will circulate to social media. Please resolve it as soon as possible.
