Text of Complaint by Rehana:

I am Rehana im using paytm app last 1year without any issue but now paytm customer service is very worst because in past few days on 22 Nov 2021 my phone has been stolen the person who snatch my phone use my paytm wallet service and From her the person posing as Rehana got money from my friends in Paytm Wallet through WhatsApp message, whose transaction was done through Paytm Wallet. As soon as I got to know, I called Paytm customer but the call was not connected. Next Day 23 Nov Between 10-11am I Got My Paytm Service Blocked Through IVR. Same day I had to get my services unblock so that I can get any transaction details done by the person from him and I can get the trust proof complaint from the transaction. I had to call Paytm customer care on 23 november in the evening but I had to enter the connection to the agent which came on my registered no but the OTP was not received I tried many times but i couldn’t get next day I spoke to my brother’s number as paytm agent agent name Monica i told him my concern and he heard the concern and called on long hold many times but i told him if you can’t handle this case please transfer my call to senior executive. Agent Monica said senior is busy i told her my situation and she said i will help you then she put call on long hold for 12mins then she disconnected the call without my permission. im also the share call recording.

Will Paytm solve the customer issue in this way?
Will Paytm give this training if the executive does not know the resolution of the issue then call disconnect ?
