On the 12th of january 2018 i’ve registered complaint regarding to poor network coverage. Till than from now there is no improvement in my colpmaint. Every month my bill gets generated by company and if i don’t pay it they discontinued my services until i dont pay bill. This is not done. They are charging me for the services which i can’t even use properly they are not replying me regarding to my complaint they are just making me fool day by day. I can’t even meet any of thair network team physically. This is wrong. Whenecer i go to airtel’s office there officailas says. We can’t do anything about it. U have file complaint online or on call only. How can i trust now that they are actually working on my complaint or not. My outgoing call facility has already discontinued even consumer forum or dot or trai no one is replying of my tweets. Noone is helping me. Please help me. M paying bill every single month.
