Since the time my daughter has raised complaints against Zomato for late deliveries now Zomato have started harassing her by purposely delaying her orders . Zomato charge are always higher compared to Swiggy. Most of the deliveries placed from my daughter’s number are either delayed or the food is cold or the driver is arranged from a very far of locations. This is not acceptable and I am not going to take it lying down. If this continues further then I will take due action against Zomato.
