I ordered optimum nutrition whey protein costing 6539 rs on amazon having double rich chocolate flavour but i received extreme milk chocolate for which I scheduled a return immediately. I had then shared images of wrong product with customer care than they setup a without verification pickup for my product and when the delivery agent came to receive the product, he examined it and removed the seal at the top of the product that is provided by the brand and after that he was claiming that the product is opened and protein had been taken out from it but he took the product with himself that day but returned me on the other day saying that it had not been accepted.After this I called the customer care again and they again scheduled the delivery but the delivery agent is refusing to take the product with himself. After calling customer care again they just schedule next delivery date and nothing else and it is about 3 weeks that i am trying to return my product but nothing is happening rather than rescheduling the delivery again and again.
