I have got this message whenever i recharge in my phone –

And genuineky speaking its been almost 9 months every month this is happening
Due to this either the company vodafone doesnt want us to continue their services or they want to just torture us by telling on customer care that their system is getting reboot so call after 4 hours
And as usual after 4 hours the same employee is no longer available
Its high time now and i need refund for all my the amount which they have cut without my permission
