MY VIDEOCON D2H CONSUMER NO. IS 109734203
O-TV channel is not showing from last few days with error message INVALID CHANNEL NUMBER.
I put a complain to Videocon Customer care regarding the issue with complain no. 690116706 on dtd. 16.02.2019. But Videocon is demanding a sum of Rs. 200.00 to solve the issue. Is is purely illegal. Plz help me to solve the issue.

I put a complain to Videocon Customer care regarding the issue with complain no712251858 on April 23 rd 2019 but till date no action has been taken by them so please kindly can some one advice me what action can i take against them and OVER ABOVE I HAVE PAID FULL AMOUNT FOR MY MONTHLY CHARGES BUT I HAVE BEEN NOT ABLE TO SEE ANY CHANNELS .y should i pay for that till videocon d2h solves my problem.
