I ordered many products in meesho and delivery agent is delivering the products in ground floor of my address only. Every time we will go down and get the products. On 17,18,19 sep 2024 we were not available at home and requested him to give the products in neighbourhood in 2nd floor. He said he can’t give delivery and postponing the delivery by giving wrong details. He added my number also in reject list. This happened in tirupati andhrapradesh. Delivery partner is VALMO. Iam not getting their office address or contact number also. I have prepaid for the orders. And by keeping aside all my work, iam calling the delivery partner daily Nd getting scoldings from him. I complained to meesho also but didn’t get any resolution. Hope i find a solution here.
