Text of Complaint by Lalit Chandra Pandey:

I take a travel agency plan for 10 yrs (06 Nights & 07 Day Hotel Stay) through signing an agreement and paid 150000 RS through credit card in Jan 2022. As per agreement they offered complementary stay of 03 Nights & 04 Day for Maldives. I asked them for booking of Maldives complementary package booking on Oct 2022 and paid the advance payment of 80000 RS for other requirement of that package. But after payment they didn’t provide me booking, their booking manger was not responded my calls and messages, booking team and customercare team provide only falsified commitments to provide booking. After so many followups I asked them to cancel that booking and refund my advance payment. But even after asking the refund for 2-3 months they didn’t refunded and giving me only falsified commitments. Afterwards i asked them to refund my membership fees of 150000 RS as the company is not trustful and deficient in providing services as written in agreement so i asked them to refund the whole amount 80000 Rs & 150000 RS i.e 230000 RS in total. But still the matter was pending from 8-9 months and still they are not refunding it and giving me always falsified commitments.
Pl look to help me on this to get may money back.
I am attaching the Agreement copy, Mailing communication from start to till date and conversation with their booking manager.
