I have ordered the smartwatch from amzon of fireboltt company the watch was talk 2 pro ultra (product code: BSW207)which was worth RS 1800/- within a month it started facing the issue so in October i visited service centre and there it was sent to fireboltt company for replacement. Then the replacement product was delivered to me, the replacement product that was delivered to me was TALK 2( product code: 042) which was worth RS 1200/- for which i raised the ticket by calling and mailing to fireboltt stating that they have delivered wrong product they asked for the unboxing video of the product then when i unboxed the product the product was damaged had scratches then for complete 2 months i have followed up with customer support then in December 28 2023 they have arranged the reverse pickup of product then the product was picked up the product then after that they worked on it then they said they will deliver me talk 2 pro ultra ( BSW207 ) watch but on 18 January they have delivered me the product. When I opened it the box was the talk 2 that was the damaged product that they collected from me and when i sawed the bill the bill that was attached was of talk2 pro ultra. For past 4 months i am following with the customer service executive they are not responding properly please help
