Dear Sir or Madam,
I want to register a complaint against Mr Usman who forcefully took more money for the ride which was agreed upon before the start of the ride and also forcefully gave himself 5 Stars rating from my phone at the end of the ride.
Agreed amount: PKR 311
Actually took: PKR 350
He argued that I will not give you the money as it is night time. I am disappointed with this behaviour from the Driver. I humbly request you to take action against him and Would like to give him only 2 stars for such unprofessional behaviour.
