Our Tbox didn’t receive signals since 20th May-2020 to 23rd June 2020, as a result we were unable to get services. We complaint a no. of times but didn’t get any response and no actions were taken against the complaints. Finally, we ourselves arranged for mechanic & managed the problems on 23.06.2020. Hence, we demand for the refund of the advance amount that we paid for the services for the 33 day period.
