I had purchased second hand tata nano car from spinny in March 2024 from one of spinny hubs Bangalore… After 2 months it has shown repeated breakdown issues for which I had taken to near by garage and got repaired myself by giving 2000… But because of repeated same issues I approached spinny RSA team who they respond very late and the car is still in service station… neither spinny warranty team nor workshop repair team informing me properly about the car issues and when I asked them to take the car back and refund they are not even replying me as well… I am fourth owner of that car and now I am feeling like the issues were there from the beginning thaty owners were keep changing… Spinny has not addressed the issues before selling and I am facing serious issues…

I havent received the correct RC since 8 months
I am writing to inform you about an incorrect entry in the Certificate of Registration for the car I purchased from your dealership. The certificate mentions that the vehicle is hypothecated to Bajaj Finance Ltd, while it is actually financed by Piramal Capital. It has been 8 months since I have not received the RC as I have submitted it twice for the correction yet the dealership is not able to work on it.
Please send the RC for correction to the RTO.
