my order number 16880192940062739A delivered on july 01 it was 25kg rice the delivery boy was request to drop to my door he refused and left the rice package on road i am 59 year man with heart issues the same was updated to the delivery boy he was not in the postion to understand and ask you have to collect at our address i have done you favour this is the second time i am facing same problem i have to think should i place order on jio mart the service is very very poor and the reaction of delivery boy need to be scrutinized from other customers too or it will defect the image of jio mart service as whole .
