My name is Avijit Roy, residing at Kolkata.Due to my business failure I am not able to pay my credit card bill but I don’t want to be a willfull defaulter so I wanted to make a settlement of my credit card for which I have already mailed to the concerned authority of SBI but there recovery agents are calling me and my relatives and harassing me and my family to pay the due amount.
I want to settle my bill legally.
