I am supriya , mob num 9932709400 , i am orderd a shoes in 26 september from paytm mall & it was wrong product , i sent back this item & there was written i will get my refund amount 248 rupees , but more than one month pass i cant get my refund amout now & also I can not speak to a representative even by calling a customer care paytm mall , please help me…
