Text of Complaint by Mugesh:

Dear sir and madam, Today 06.08.2023 we have visited to see movie in murugan cinemas located in ambattur, Chennai. We have asked gpay to book ticket in booking counter. They saying ruggedly that we don’t have gpay if u need gpay go and ask theatre owner in wrongly manner. We have waited to book ticket for 10 min the booking counter person enjoying with two women’s with dirty doings. I have taken photo also attached in that. After they asked card to swipe for booking ticket. They swiped our card and amount is debited but they not gave ticket and telling I will not give ticket you can do whatever you want in wrongly manner. My account has been debited amount. If I asked ticket means also they not giving and showing two fingers wrongly manner. So please help me to take immediate action against this theatre they allowing drunken persons in inside theatre Hall. We family so disturbing. So please take action and make to pay penalty for me.
