I Ganesh Bhagat want to change my sons Vaishnav Bhagat school (He is completeted 7th std. From JPS school) for that on 6th April i visited to school & give application to get leaving certificate but school demand to pay 1st term fee to get Leaving certificate, My son has attended school only for 6 to 7 day in April 23 for that they demand 1st term fee, I requested them to provide Leaving certificate but they denied. For taking admission in new school last school LC is necessary. So I want to find legal complaint against Jaywant public school (Jspms Jayawant Public School, Satar Nagar, Hadapsar, Pune, Maharashtra 411028, for not providing LC of son
