I buy a lehnga from style_loftt from instagram and they get me fraudulent product and now dont exchange product even it is as per their terms , now they don’t even reply and don’t have any fear to report by customer and any other. I already tellt them so many time to exchange but they do not. Now i need to file case against them. What kind of support our system is giving.
