Sir/Madam,
I am being mentally tortured by Catlin placement for paying money for not submitting work.
Recently I have tried for online captcha job, I have shared Aadhar card with Catlin placement. I have made video call for acceptance of work but it was not successful, later they asked me to send recorded video saying acceptance of work, But I have not sent them such video. Later they have shared me email contain agreement link, But when I opened agreement I was not Ok with all terms & condition mentioned in agreement. I asked them to cancel process they accept it but they took screenshot of mail in which agreement link shared for registration cancelation.
But after some days, I have received message saying that FIR registered for not submitting work and I have to pay 5400Rs. dues. I ignored the message as it looks from spam number.
Today I have received call from advocate and legal intimation on mail which is as below:
WORK STATUS:- NOT SUBMITTED
Sec 73 – compensation for loss or damage caused by breach of contract proximate losses not remote/indirect losses.
Sec 74 – compensation for breach of contract Where penalty specified.
Sec 75 – party who is rightfully rescinding is entitled for compensation.
Legal Notice : It is like a final warning to the receiver that the sender is all prepared to initiate a legal action and it is the final opportunity for the receiver to resolve the issue in hand properly.
if you don’t reply on the time period it means that t/c you agree and you may on the fault and as per notice you are disrespecting the notice and law so as per the court summon letter will be issued it is to notifying a named party that a case involving it and that it must an appearance on the stated date to answer the charges or give evidence.“if you want to avoid legal procedure then you must have to pay 8500/- ( with legal charges )today.

I m Dhiraj saloi….Mere swath bhi same kiya hai….muje to Id or user name wrong dia…me to kisi agreement me sign bhi nhi kiya…phn pe hi video call me kuch pucha… 06/07/21 aaj se bar bar phn kr rha legal notic issu ho jayega penalty 5500 dene ke liye bola hai…jisne phn krke bola tha agent uska phn off…I’d password dene wala no bhi off hai…
