Dear sir/ma’am
I am your postpaid service customer ..
My June month due was 3867 rs in which 749,786 and 200 rupees came back via refund and rest of the amount which was 2130.77 was paid by me before due date which is on 4th of July..
Irrespective of this my order is still in processing state and amount was deducted from my account and on 7th of july you applied late fee charges on me which is 590 rupees ..
I am continuously trying to reach you via 24×7 help line I address many time this to them that I placed my order it is shown successfull money was deducted from my account but doesn’t reflected in my postpaid account ..
Kindly look in to this matter
