This complaint is against Vodafone DND Services , I am getting min 10 Customer care calls everyday which is creating annoying and hampering my daily activities .
Example : 1. when i am about to pay any banking transactions suddenly i will get Vodafone customer care call. 2.When i am doing my prayer in temple suddenly vodafone call will come. 3.When i am in serious meeting suddenly vodafone call will come. 4. when i am sleeping vodafone call will come.
My Question is “why Vodafone needs to call their customers nearly 1o times everyday and torture their customer”. Though i am trying to block their numbers i am getting call from vodafone with some other new number”. Following are the numbers which i blocked untill now. 1. +91 1408909129 2. +91 1408909116 3.+91 140 8906300 4.+91 140 8909225 .5+91 140 8909354….
My DND Activation service Request Number :2419082636.
When i am calling Customer care on 24 and 25th i am unable to speak to their customer care executive because of Some IVR techniques which vodafone has kept as it is not allowing to speak to any customer care executive.
Hence by considering all , kindly please activate my DND service in vodafone as soon as possible and also please make necessary initiatives in DND Service for all because i am sure no body is interested to receive 10 customer care calls everyday.
