yesterday i order food and apply coupon SIMPLE showing 30%off then i apply another coupon HUNGRY which gave me 75 rs off. I dont know what simple is. when i click proceed to payment my payment deducted from SIMPLE account but i dont use simple account. when i start chat with customer support i got a call from one of the executive called AKHIL. He told we cant do anythi g its your fault. you should study first all about payment methods then order food. Our majority of customer know about this. This is the way he talks.
Now its about me i dont know what sime is i just apply it like other coupon. I am ordering food for myself not for zomato majority customer.
zomato have to issue a booklet in which it is cleary mention about the payment method which is used across the world so that customer should read about these methods and then order food from zomato. This shows how rude zomato is with their customer and shows your poor service.
If it is payment mode then why it is in coupon section. or you have to clearly mention that if you pay with simple then you will get off.
no customer read in detail about coupon they just apply that where they got off and order food.
