Respected Sir,
I am using two airtel numbers one prepaid and another post paid ,9541999832 is my prepaid number and 9906899913 is my post paid number .Due to some personal issue I was not able to pay my post paid number bill amount 800Rs .I received a call from your customer care officer in Srinagar whose number is 9999834712 .The above mentioned officer misbehaved which is against the very norm of Customer Rights.As a genuine Airtel family member I would like to proceed with my complaint against the employee using the above mentioned number
