have rec’d a message from boxgig.in site regarding the eclast T30 Andriod 9.0 4G Phone Call Tablet 10.1″ 1920×1200 MTK P70 4GB RAM 64GB ROM 8000mAh Tablets PC Dual Camera GPS Type-C, purchased and paid through online. After that I won’t get any information from their side. Inspite of this I sent 3 mails either for cancellations and send my full amount of money or send me the tablet. But they are not replying. Pls help, it’s my hard code money
