Sub: Notice Against Amount NOT Refunded after product returned and pickup by the flipkart courier.

Hello Sir,
I do hereby serve you with the following legal notice:
The undersigned is a consumer as defined under Consumer Protection Act 1986 as we have.
I have purchased the Lloyd 1.5 Ton 3 Star Split Inverter AC – White color from you vide your receipt 14th April 2023. and I received the product on 19 April 2023 by paying an amount of Rs. 31,783/- (Thirty-one thousand seven hundred eighty-three only) from credit card transaction.
The said product/ service is not up to the mark due to the following defects:
1. The technician visited home on 11th May 2023 for installation of the product purchased product and we found that item is not in an appropriate condition due to defective/damage product.
2. I was called to flip kart customer care support, and they informed to backend team, after some time I received call from backend team and after discussion with them they agreed to return the product.
3. Return request was approved, and the product was returned on same day 11th May 2023, and I have been waiting for the refund amount.
4. My product has been already returned on May 11th, 2023, but still not updated and status showing from flip kart portal. Seller already received and picked up the product (LlOYD AC), and the product is already shipped to the seller May 16th evening 3:31 PM.

5. I have all proofs and documents from shipment the details.
6. I got mail from Delivery.com, please find the below mail message.
Dear Sir/Madam,

Your reverse shipment (1192786103930) has been returned to the merchant on May. 16, 2023. We request you to contact your merchant (Flipkart 1800 202 9898 cs@flipkart.com) for further assistance.

7. I have called flip kart customer care so many times and written mails also, but still I have not received the amount until now.
8. The above said action has caused me a great loss and damage besides mental tension, trauma inconvenience and loss of value of money.
In such facts and circumstances, as stated herein above in the present legal notice, I hereby call
upon you shall, return/refund the said goods/services immediately within a period of 15 days from the receipt of this notice. I shall be constrained to take shelter of Prakasam District (Andhra Pradesh) Consumer Court of law at your cost, damages, compensation, and consequences, accordingly.

I have attached all the tracking details for shipment also.
