Again and again rejected from Flipkart my damage product return request

Text of Complaint by Prem Shankar Dubey:

sir i have purchased a double door refrigerator from flipkart i placed the order on 5th dec delivered on 7th dec. The installation executive came on 8th December, the product was unboxed, after that the dent came out in the product. I was given a CSR report from their side and was told that there is a 10 days replacement policy, you can talk to Flipkart and get a replacement. Then I talked to Flipkart customer care, after that they put a return request on my behalf and told me to wait till 11th December. Then on 10th December I got a mail in which it was written that the return request has been rejected so I called Flipkart customer care and asked Why was it rejected, then it was told from his side that it was rejected due to some technical error. And then again the return request was put and then asked to wait After that 2nd time again rejected again I talked to customer care and again put return request after that again Return request was rejected this was 3rd time, 4th time and 5th time also now 6th time again request has been put on my behalf and it’s also rejected . i’m totally freaked out please help sir…i Don’t get any help from Flipkart side
