Text of Complaint by Mrudula Pednekar:

I had bought a TV unit from FLIPKART (seller SANTOSH DECOR). After few days one of the door for jammed and other was not getting closed. I contacted Flipkart and they asked me to contact the seller. I contacted the seller on 2/08/2022 and as per our telephonic conversation he said he would send his carpenter and get it done and I sent him order Id and Video of the product. After that the seller is not responding. On complaining Flipkart around 9/08, they asked me to email the seller. I emailed the seller including Flipkart customer care in the correspondence. Still the seller did not respond. On contacting Flipkart they have been on tossing of the resolution dates ahead and ahead. The seller is not picking up the call at all. He is not responding to messages either. Need your help to resolve the matter.
