Text of Complaint by anwar:

I purchased Eureka Forbes water purifier in Jan 2022 and I got issue with Purifier in July as the filter was not working and I raised online complaint after 10 days with regular followups and office visits they sent a technician and was told that pump is not working and need to be replaced and when they check their system my data is not available for covering the warranty but I got the bill,now they are not giving the service as they don’t maintain records.
