It has been over 40 days since I received the delivery of 2 wardrobes purchased on gozefo with order ID : id 339133 & 338898. But since then they have kept putting off the installation or setup of both the sliding door cupboards, which has caused me a lot of inconvenience,
There has been over 20 emails to and from gozefo each time telling that they have escalated it or that the carpenter will come, but till date only once the carpenter has come and has done only 30% of the work. and then never returned again, nor has gozefo sent another replacement carpenter but have only sent assurance for over 40 days and nothing else.
