Text of Complaint by Ravinder Bhatia:

Dear sir, I am the customer of Airtel DTH  (customer ID- 3022906096-001 with Card ID- 000410411144 and CA STB LABEL- 2360034580 7 ) from last 4 years. I have recharged my account after a long gap after talking to airtel customer care representative  with Rs 260/- on 28 September 20 and she assured me that channels will be started from 29 September onwards. Since then I have continously popping airtel customer care representative about not starting the services. After continously popping Airtel Engineer visited my home and found that this is the problem of software at Airtel services. Even they told me that VC Card no.is changed. Now, how a card No. Can be changed if previously the services are offered with same card. Even after not providing any services they are cutting daily charges. Please help for this loot from Airtel
