Dear team, i am the very old user of zomato and usualy oerder 3-4 times in month same i ordered pizza on 27th of july at 8:46pm. And spoken with the the delivery boy name is sanjeev kumar and the no is 9639193182 when i coordinate with him he was continusly making me fool and after one hour he updated the order is delivered without deliver the order and at in night at 10:10pm he is saying comw to take your order whcih the distance was 500 mtr from my eaxvt location. When i denied he start yo blaming on me and used abusing language.. He neither delivered order nor returned my payment.
Request you to take action against him and return my payment which i made. Waiting for the revert.
