Dear Sir,

I have done the vodafone outstanding payment of Rs. 2091 on 8th April 2020 & my membership was cancelled on 9th April.
On 10th April I received msg stating ( Hi! Annual subscription fee for your Amazon Prime membership is overdue. Please pay your total bill immediately to avoid disconnection of your Amazon Prime subscription. To pay now click on http://www.vodafone.in/m2k. Please ignore if already paid. )
but perior to one day  one only my membership has cancelled by Vodafone company.
Every month without delay i cleared my bills then also they have deactivated my membership and company is not ready to activate my amazon prime mebership or they are not ready to refund my amoun to my savings account.
For delay payment they charged Rs.100 with Gst charges, from 9th April to till date i was requested through mail to refund my excess amount towards to my savings account but
they are not ready to refund and they replied stating the excess amount is adjusted towards my future bills.
My concern is i dont want to keep my money with vodafone company and company has to refund my money towards to my savings account.
