After done the EMI payment of my mobile I am not receive my mobile from amazon and the courier person are lying customer reject the package

I recently ordered oneplus 10 Pro in Amazon on April 9th through 24 months EMI from ICICI credit card. delivery has to be done on 17th April but I got early delivery on 16th April. Delivery agent called me and said product is out of delivery, I request him to deliver that day evening, he said, I will deliver tomorrow. Instead of that my order was cancelled and refund initiated. Amazon customer care unable to deliver product on 17th. I am totally dissatisfied with their service and misbehaviour of their team on ₹1 lakh worth products. This is a recurring complaint from consumers side. Please take necessary action on this e-commerce platform
