Sir /mam,

I did 2 consecutive recharge .One on 22 feb 2020 and the other on 26 feb 2020,but my balance is still zero. I m unable to place my calls or to send messages…Recharge done message is coming on my airtel no. Bt my balance is unfortunately still zero…

Kindly fix my problem asap as I use airtel sim only and I can’t place calls even after 2 recharges..
