Hi,

I have ordered laptop on 11th of June 2021 I got my product on 17th June product had heating problem and quality of the product was not good hence I have raised a return request on 18th of June, then they have accepted my return request and arranged for a technical visit on 4th of July 2021 which didn’t happen on time then I called flipcart customer 6th or 7th July then they approved my technical visit from there end and arranged a product pickup for 15th July in system but they started sending pickup message from 9th of July I handed over my product to flipcart wismater on 10th of July but it didn’t update in the system then on 12th July I called flipcart customer care and raised issue stating product has been cancelled from my end but in flipcart it’s not reflecting instead of resolving my query they have cancelled my return request 14th July 2021. Now I don’t have product as well as my money. Please help me out in the same
