Text of Complaint by RM Meiappan:

Dear Sir,

I am a very satisfied airtel customer for the past 5 or 6 years. The connection was in the name of M. Shanthi.

Now I surrendered the connection on 8.6.2019 by giving a letter at your service point and paid Rs.800. The payment receipt no. 965 and the date are 8.6.19.

The reference number of surrendering is 1088238886

Out of Rs. 800 I was informed that Rs.600 is for the current bill. and part of the Rs. 200 will be refunded to by cheque after deduction any service charges.

They informed me the connection will be disconnected in a week’s time.

After some time your office people going on calling me to pay the rent for the service dead period.

The reason they saying is the surrender request made by me was canceled by mistake of their office people.

Then once again I made a complaint in 121 on 26.8.19. The complaint No. 108839754. That person said they will take care and hereafter no call will come to me to pay the bill.

Now once again airtel people are started to call me to pay the bill.

Please save me from Airtel torture and do the need full and get refund the amount I paid excess on the time of the surrounding.
