I received a parcel from Delhivery of ₹299 on COD which I didn’t order so I didn’t accept it . I then checked from delhivery AWB details that it was sent from the site named AEPL and there were many complaints already registered against it which is sending fraud parcels of spoiled products on COD and there is no return policy as such .
