Text of Complaint by Vittal:

I recently received an unexpected Cash on Delivery (COD) order, which I did not place, and I am unfamiliar with the seller (i.e AEPL). The package contained only a single piece of clothing and the DELHIVERY courier person demanded a payment of 719 rupees. Regrettably, my parents accepted the order and paid for it thinking it was ordered by me while I was not at home.

Upon researching online, I discovered numerous similar cases of individuals falling victim to this scam orchestrated by AEPL merchant along with logistics partner DELHIVERY. It is clear that this is not an isolated incident, and immediate action must be taken to address the fraudulent practices of this seller. I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter, and I urge you to take decisive measures against the AEPL merchant.

Furthermore, it is disheartening to note that DELHIVERY, the logistics partner responsible for delivering the package, has not been responsive or helpful in resolving this issue, even after I reported the scam. I implore DELHIVERY to take this matter seriously and to cooperate in addressing this fraudulent activity.
